DESIGNerd 100+ App

All purchases are downloaded via the iTunes App Store and therefore are unable to be returned or refunded.

If you encounter any issues with the download process via iTunes or have any questions regarding the App, please contact hello@designerd.info so that we may help you rectify the problem.

DESIGNerd 100+ Collectible Tins

Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your product/s, in which to return it/them.

You must return the product/s to DESIGNerd immediately at your own cost. This cost will not be refunded. You must take reasonable care to ensure the product/s is/are returned to DESIGNerd in the state in which it was/they were received and that it is/they are not damaged in transit.

Faulty item
If you feel the product/s received are faulty, please contact DESIGNerd at hello@designerd.info. DESIGNerd will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible.

Incorrect item
If you receive an incorrect product/s please contact DESIGNerd at hello@designerd.info. DESIGNerd will then advise as how to best proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.

Missing item
On occasion, mistakes can and do happen. In these instances, an order of more than one product may be accidentally missing an item. This may be due to a packing error when preparing your order, which can be easily rectified, or due to the fact the item has been shipped separately and is still in transit. All items are shipped via registered post to minimise any items going wayward. Please check the packing note attached your order to confirm the items listed in that particular delivery. If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but is not, please contact DESIGNerd on hello@designerd.info. DESIGNerd will seek to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

Damaged item
DESIGNerd makes every effort to package your Collectible Tins carefully to avoid any damage incurred during postage. If however, your purchase is badly damaged in transit please contact us at hello@designerd.info for an application for replacement. If your application is accepted, DESIGNerd will replace your purchase with an identical product upon receiving the return of the original damaged product. In these instances, the purchaser seeking a replacement will incur all postage costs.

Your Collectible Tin is part of a limited edition, and therefore, if the item is sold out DESIGNerd may not be able to offer a replacement product or refund.
