DESIGNerd offers free shipping on all products.

DESIGNerd accepts and ships orders on a daily basis to customers worldwide. Please allow up to two business days to process you order. DESIGNerd will notify you via email if an item is out of stock at the time of placing your order.

For expediency, certainty and to respect the value contained in every DESIGNerd 100+, all orders are shipped with registered post so that each order can be tracked and delivered quickly and safely. Each DESIGNerd 100+ tin weighs approximately 500gms (0.5kg).

Australian deliveries:
Depending on the destination address, you should receive your order between 1 and 3 business days from when your order is processed.

International deliveries:
Depending on the destination address, you should receive your order between 3 and 10 business days from when your order is processed.

Please note:
In some cases shipping may be delayed, due to customs, natural disasters, and any other circumstance that is out of our control.

It is also important to note GST charges for Australian orders are ADDITIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED in the price of your order. Furthermore, import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. All shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties, however, occasionally the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it might be a good idea to check with your local customs office before you order.
